ICX mid-term

Just so much hype on ICX, Korea ETH version. Next events we have:
- 18/4: blockchain career fair
- 30/4: platform launch
- 30/6: ICX/ETH dex launch

On the chart, uptrend is confirmed.
Short-time I saw a cup and handle pattern, stoploss below the handle's lower line.
Mid-term I saw a big up-channel.

- stoploss: 3200
+ target 1: 3800
+ target 2: 4339
+ target 3: 5344
