Technical analysis: Upward 30% to downward 12%, with slow stoch under oversold line and chart hitting lower bollinger band, it is a good sign for a nice reversal
Fundamental analysis: reverse split over, Plug Power CEO on the board (known for keeping PLUG alive and driving momentum), post offering i.e. balance sheet buttoned up and deals with the U.S. military and Alaska Air. Potential for more game changing news and profitability puts this in play for me anytime it sets up technically.
