GBPUSD - Possible Short Setup
GBPUSD has maintained its BULLISH momentum since FEB 04 and has created a new HH taking away all the LIQUIDITY above.
GBPUSD looks bullish in MONTHLY, WEEKLY AND DAILY yet we look at the 4H levels which has to be mitigated and, As we expected GBPUSD has been performing the same.
Confluences:
1) DXY is bearish from last weekend as expected, Being the powerful event of CHAIRPERSON of FX Reserves US, We expect DXY to retain its Bullish momentum until next Monday. However, Markets has its own ways of taking the trend. BEWARE OF THAT.
2) GBPUSD is having taken the liquidity on the above, We are expecting a correction towards its 7D levels which is on the lower side forming a new HL on DAILY LEVEL.
3) LIQUIDITY created below the steep trendline is been formed which will look lucrative for institutions to take it down to manipulate retails.
