$GAS Attempting to Break Out - 12-13-2017

NEO GAS is now trading above the key level which is the high of the previous low candle (see chart). At this moment though price has tagged the midline of the Bollinger Band. We need to be patient and wait for price to close above that level and this may take a few days.
