EURUSD Showcase of how breaker blocks and order blocks work
Here we can see 2 different possible entries after price broke out of the Asian Range.
We will wait for the retracement to :
1) 50% fulfillment of the Breaker Block
2) 50% fulfillment of the Order Block
For today in this case, price failed to mitigate off the breaker block but successfully mitigated the order block for a solid 10.79R trade.
If you have taken both trades with proper risk management, you would still come out top with a healthy chunk of profit of 9.79R.
