• EURUSD has dropped 15 pips against the previous day close;
• ↑↓ 44 pips High & Low extreme move, vs. 64.1 pips of 22 day Average Range.
Strength (0~10) Comparison:
• USD in early session STRONG 8.0 -> 4.2 MEDIUM of late session
• EUR in early session MEDIUM 4.2 -> 4.3 MEDIUM of late session
Market Focus & Moods:
• In the early session, risk sentiment was more tepid with European indices sitting more mixed, and afternoon US stock indices record new high. Dollar slides a bit, while commodity currencies were kept on the defensive throughout, and rebounce as well. EURUSD has a bit down and up movement, all day keep soft, and hold the rise since end of last week.
• Tuesday, Morning LON 07:00 AM, German CPI, 13:55 US CPI. Market will focus on inflation again, watch out the movement during those moment.
Next Step:
• Same as yesterday: I expect a test resistance upside1.1885, and then 1.1900. Support level: strong 1.1830~40.
