Eurusd downtrend possible bearish target

on a weekly chart fibo ret. the pair retraced to 38% then moved down to 23% and is now heading down to 0 %. bearish movement is possible toward 1.0600
immediate downward support is at august low at 1.13500 if breached then is going south down to 1.06
also chart has made a head and shoulder pattern which has broken to downward that also confirm a bearish setup.
