Note : Euro rates seem to be going out of the bottom. Two key prices are 1.1089 and 1.2618. At this point in time, EUR/USD rates are expected to break up 1.2618 level. If that happens, it will be a sign that they will start to move for 1.4480. The range of 1.3331 and 1.3722 will be a very strong resistance.
Of course, it would be possible only when the Europe can say "NO" to the United States. I don't know whether Europe has that kind of courage. If the rates fall below 1.1098 again, the rates would fall far deeper than people can imagine.
