What is wrong with Ethereum???

Hallo! I never use the Elliott waves for the short term analysis but for the long term it fits good for me !
Now here what I think for Eth ! I think the bear market for Eth is not over!
Here is why I think so ...
There are too many altcoins ( shitcoins) ! 90 % of them are dead! The market must heal itself . So what I mean is
1. that Btc dominance will hit almost 90% and
2. These shitcoins must disappear
3. why should Eth hit 24-40 $ ??? I just don’t know maybe Btc would hit sub 4K ????
I mean I can’t answer myself why the 3rd point must happen fundamentally????
