DOUBLE BOTTOM POSSIBLY FOR ETH? GREAT, LONG

Hey guys, you seeing what I am seeing here? Just would like to know if I am identifying these things properly because practicing my strategies is worthless if I am practicing the mistakes or bad habits. Obviously the buy in after the price crossed the confirmation line would have been pretty lucrative, another W for Technical Analysis. Any feedback guys, did I read it wrong?
