The smaller one (shown as "1" in the chart) has completed its formation, and the target seems to be 0.0588 BTC. By achieving this level, bigger "double bottom" formation would be completed, and next target would be 0.064 BTC.

My timing on chart is not perfect, but double bottom formation gives what it has to give eventually.Ethereum's reversal could be the biggest sign of reversal.
