ETCBTC ; Bullish Tendencies, Buy the Breakout

ETCBTC is looking ripe for a long entry. Volumes at these levels indicate significant accumulation. The previous break upwards from the falling wedge gave way to a break in the downward RSI trend-line. Currently compressing in a symmetrical triangle. I am biased for a break upwards, but for a safer play, wait for confirmation before entering a long position.
