I believe that the price will rise and fall drastically as it already has, but there will be three major selling points at the top of each peak, one has occurred already. Peak 2 will be on Feb. 16 2018 and will drop until Apr. 8, 2018.This is when you should buy, Peak 3 will be on Aug. 7, 2018, then you should sell as the price will fall once more therefore completing the Triple Peak.
