Price trending above 88.9 since jan 21. March showing bull breakout on daily and 4hr time from bouncing off 618 fib levels. Stimulus was expected to drop U.S dollar. Based off fundamentals of china,canada etc. This stimulus affect for now will be injected into the economy and stocks and drive up growth "For now"
