Can DOT make it?

In weekly time frame it's so obvious a massive falling wedge pattern it's since 15 months ago !!
And now finally the breakout of the upper side has breakout successfully
Now it's has a great chance to bull again
I think we had 2 major resistance as i show in the chart.
Bulls had to breakout the resistance in 6.7$ and if it happen it will raise to 17$.
- if it's breakout the bulls will unstoppable
-If they faild it will return to 6.7$ again.
