DISH Insider Buying Short Squeeze

DISH has closed above moving averages of importance such as the 20-day, 50-day, and 9-week SMAs with the 20wk SMA 16% overhead. Short interest is 22.75% which is fairly substantial and can initiate a short squeeze. Anything over 10% has short squeeze potential. The P/E ratio is 2.058 which gives the share price plenty of room to grow. I don’t follow this company at all, I just see what looks like a technical long entry with insider buying and short interest to support upside.
