We will close above or below 13360 ?

We had a very Bullish trend this year but we are close to a major resistance 13366 and the DAX 30 is hesitating , are we having the same Pattern as January 2018 ? a possible Head and Shoulder? or will we close above 13366 and continue the Bullish Trend, I hardly think so , but Central Banks are invading the markets with Fresh liquidity so anything can happen ,
The most important is a monthly close above or below 13660 or a possible Head and Shoulder pattern that will lead the Index to new low and possibly 12650 first
