DASH there was a possible long trade. I went through the details of this. There is a great book by Dan Ariely: Predictably Irrational. NOT about trading. but it addresses how the brain decides value ( amongst other things ). You have to compare to decide...then you decide. There is NO native or intrinsic gauge that you are born with to know the true value of a house...and of a trade; you have to compare.
