Cup and Handle

Inverse H & S from my previous prediction was fulfilled with the $0.20 target being met. Now a period of consolidation begins before the next move up. I would expect price action to bounce off the yellow middle line for a while with red b-bands contracting for the next move. I expect the price to hit the $0.20 mark and eventually break past to new ATH given the overall bullishness of the market. Green RSI indicates that a short term bounce is incoming and price would increase (green circle). The blue line represents where I expect the price to head.
