this ones had a very big breakout to 5-6 resistance every 1-2 years recently, over 3 and i think history will repeat itself and we see a rally to 5, 6.. so long over 3, stop loss 2 and target 5-6, pretty solid risk reward. but remember to go light on size, penny stocks are always risky.
