Cl - Look for a breakout

WTI was traded in last couple of weeks in a small range after OPEC decided to reduce oil production. Volumes also decreased what shows that traders are more cautious in this period, Probably we will still have farther uncertainty in the near future and i advise taking small trades on the short term important levels until new trade will develop. Probably we will see a small down movement if market will close below 13 days MA, with a profit target on the 55 days MA.
