CHOLAFIN - Reassessment
The last time I posted the chart, the inverted Head and Shoulder pattern was evident and it had signaled that the downward trajectory has been arrested. However, the analysis was premature and with the very close Stoploss we were safely out of the stock. That is the benefit of having a stoploss.
Since then the stock has gone on to form a nice base respecting that bottom zone the Inverted Head and Shoulder had arrested and also now it is making a more evident Triple Bottom on the Support line of the Ascending Channel.
I believe the stock is now ready for an up move.
