CHKE looks like it formed a double bottom. I like how the line I drew seems to match up with the Lower Bollinger band. RSI reads 32-= near the oversold side. Price is under the EMAs- so the stock isnt bullish- However! there has been recent insider buying which always catches my attention. I assume that someone on the inside knows something if they buy shares, because no one buy shares with the intent to loose money. Worth looking into.
