Bitcoin is Bearish and the New Long Target is 19800

In our last trade we mentioned that 9450 is a very critical level to watch.
Now the price isn't able to break this level which is a clear bullish sign.
Safe buy zone is 9650 to 9450.
Closing 2 red candles (4 hours) indicate a weak for Bitcoin.
For now i'm going long
Current Price = 10377.
I'm no buying here. I will wait for the mentioned level to be tested or for the next level 1175 to be broken and buy at it.
Buying in that level isn't the right decision if also if we are sure that it's a bullish market.
Targets are the levels mentioned in the chart.

As you can see the price touched the the drawn line before it went back little bit. If the price remained inside the Hashed Polyline then BTC still bearish. this is why i never buy high. I'm still waiting for my entrance point

As you can see, Price touched 11175 (exactly it was 11172) before it get back from that strong point. Breaking this point will lead us to next defined targets,
12900, then 14625

Current Price = 11440
I just bought 50% of my trade and waiting to add more at 11175 if it touched
and my next target is 12900
This is how i deal with the market.
I never buy high and i have another point to add in or a tight stop loss

Also we have to watch the market for the next 4 hours because our method indicate that these next 4 hours is very very critical. I expect an up move but let's wait and see.
