According to Ingulf weekly flag limit, the price should reach the same scale flag limit (weekly).
And the flag limit of the same scale is created in the area of 8833.00 to 10380.00. Therefore, based on the fractal, the price reacts to the flag limits of the same scale and retraces to reach the weekly flag limit and from there move towards the goals above 69000.
