There is a high chance that we will see soon a breakout for BTC above 20K.
When BTC hits above 2400 with confirmation it means also a new uptrend for BTC which can range the price to 24K Target.

As long BTC stays in this zone stable between 18300 -20400 There is no downtrend confirmed. and short is then also very risky on BTC.Below 18300 with confirmation is possible breakdown trend
and above 2400 with confirmation uptrend.
