Interpretation of cryptocurrency market on Dec 12 2022
Markets remained volatile over the weekend. Trading volume also continued to be sluggish. There was a drop this morning. The relatively flat style is consistent with the previous analysis. But the markets will need to be watched closely this week. Tomorrow night's CPI data and the interest rate hike on December 15th are essential.
In the long period, the logic of the market is already obvious. The U.S. economy remains strong, even though much of the talk is about recession expectations. But also only expected. On most relevant data, there is no sign of any recession. It’s just that the Fed’s current remarks make the market temporarily afraid to boldly predict the timing of quitting rate hikes and starting to cut rates. Therefore, a more significant rebound has not appeared. As long as the inflation problem is alleviated in the future, the direction of public opinion will likely change rapidly.
It can also be seen from the Nasdaq that the U.S. stock market is only one step away from being suppressed by the downward trend of the bear market. Maybe a breakout won't happen anytime soon. But after a year of continuous adjustment, there is no need to be overly pessimistic. We have also talked about similar views before, and withdrawing from raising interest rates is likely to be the tipping point of the bull market. The time will probably be in the first quarter of next year, and the start of interest rate cuts will correspond to the third wave of the bull market.
In the long run, this is the end of the bear market. The dawn is at hand; there is no need to doubt it.
Based on a clear long-term direction, it can only affect short-term sentiment. They are combined with the recent positive market response. We can boldly predict the style of damaging relative neglect. If the data is optimistic that it falls from 7.7 to 7.3 or even lower, the market will rebound strongly. If it falls short of expectations and only falls slightly, BTC’s decline of less than 2% that night can be ended. It won't even affect the market the next day. If it does not fall or continues to rise, the decline will expand, but it will still not have much impact. Markets will continue to await Thursday's conclusion.
