Negative period
According Fib circles the period from 17th of October to 10 of November could be a negative period for BTC. Maybe BTC could hit 65K but we should take care of corrections.
Liquidity may not go directly from BTC to Alts. We should notice that BTC only raised 55% since 23/7 contrary to other Altcoins which raised more than 300% in some coins. So this movement for BTC is normal.
