Many charts miss this part. You can see the blue and orange curve have played a huge part in BTC TA in the last months.
They're about to meet in the next few days and we all know what that means... probably a breakout.
Price has to find a new trend over the next months.
Even if the price doesn't go below the orange curve and "breaks out upwards" there's still the possibility for it to go sideways or follow the orange curve along to 30k.
If it breaks downwards we might see 30k, or even lower if price keeps following the blue curve downwards, which would make it possible for price to go down in a huge amount within only a few days.

Please not that the blue curve is not the most accurate one, as I wasn't able to use any points of june for the it.
