9000 by July?

With some of the good cryptos starting to trade away from BTC I have been considering what would cause that at a time where the markets are so unsettled. If smart money is starting to pick up their good picks now, causing them to trade away from BTC, then the next thing that should happen is that less smart money will start doing so. This should start to force the BTC price higher as people start to grab their top picks, the same way ETH rose due to the ICO craze, before they take off. I don't think there will be any parabolic movements, but if the good alts keeping moving away from the BTC price movements I think by July we should be seeing 9k.
