BTC flashing a possible morning star candle formation on the 4 hour at the bottom of the Bollinger Band. Although the dip this morning was large, the bulls fought back for a close high above the wick down. Do you agree that this is bullish?

What I did here, as I am new to this and posting ideas, is that I did not let the candle at the time of publishing my idea fully form to confirm any possible change in trend.
