Sure, it's ugly, but it's a head and shoulders to me. Opinions?

Considering there was an inverse head and shoulders leading into this pattern, I've an interest in what people think of this head and shoulders pattern. I'd like to know your thoughts on firstly,
1) Do you consider this a fair head and shoulders,
2) if so, do you see a relationship to any heights within it to how far it will settle, and
3) if not, what are the errors (apart from my lack of artistry in the markings around the chart)?

Yeah, this one played out. I've seen at least one head and shoulders fail though in my time on here. Probably more, but after the first one I didn't pay too much attention to them. Most do complete successfully it appears though, but now I know that there is always a chance it won't.
