As we have gone to all time highs with bitcoin, we now have a nice short opportunity on the smaller time frame. We can see that a head and shoulders top has already formed as well as a retest of the trendline. Another drop is highly likely, but we will have to wait and see if we get an additional pullback or if it goes straight for the breakout. Both can be played depending on your style. I prefer pull backs. Either way, let's look for confirmation of a sharp move down soon as traders continue to take profit on the way up.
