The paypal news is doing BTC a lot of good. As soon as btc breaks 13200 and stays above it 24 hours it will turn into support. If it doesn't we can sideways in this area between 12700 and 13200, until the next pump comes. Either way major bear positions have been obliterated, this is only the beginning of the bull market, it could last for years.
