BTC Technical Analysis [01/14/2022]
Good opportunity to purchase BTC at a discount.
- Fed continuing to inject money into the markets, have not started to tighten yet [Confirmed multiple rate hikes in 2022]
- Bonds selling off/US10YR yield rallying which indicates risk on enviroment [Crypto Currency is a risk on asset]
- Sell off started with the report of a new variant of concern [Omicron - B.1.1.529 Variant], then continued when the feds talked about battling inflation, suggesting rate hikes and tapering of asset purchases
Traders: Wait until confirmation of break out to the upside of downtrend - Higher highs, and higher lows.
Long term investors: Adding to the holdings during pull backs presents opportunity for massive returns. just remember, economist John Maynard Keynes said: “Markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent.
