BTC why not pumping? 2nd entry

btc is having a tough time geting over 59, and bearish divs forming on the 4hr is really concerning so next possible entry for a long is at the CC level with huge gap for coming down. probably we can see slow action rather than a fast move like the last time. we have more upmove to come but for some reason BTC wants to liquidate all longs i guess. we have good reasons to long at these levels
