BANKNIFTY has closed flat. It opened with a decent gap down and tested our PRZ 35500. Sharp bounce seen till 36270 from PRZ. It has made a broader range, that will be used to build our trade setup.
Buy above 36270 if a 15 min candle closes above this. Target will be 36500. Above 36500 36660 and 36800 can be tested.
Sell below 35880 if a 15 Min candle closes below this. target will be 35700 and 35500 once again. Aggressive selling can be planned below 35500.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
