BANKNIFTY closed in a complete bearish sentiment last week due FOMC meeting. We are likely to open with a huge gap down on Monday. Immediate support will be near 34000. Weekly support lies near 33000. No buying till daily candle closes above PDH.
Coming to Monday's trade setup, incase index opens near our sell level 34345, then we will sell for the target of 34200 and 34100.
For buying, we need a 15 Min candle close above 34765 to long for the target of 34700 and 34800.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
