Penny stock on very attractive level.. Will You Buy ??

Company is trading near around many year low..
Price is very attractive...
STOCK is trading 4 times below it's book value..

But not any mutual fund is buying this.. they know all the thing better from us..

I think may be any another bad thing is going in company internally..



TECHNICAL

chart is showing a positive divergence ..that's mean may be pull back may happen in some next weeks..
