A buy signal is generated when the indicator turns upwards from previous indicator level. A sell signal is generated when the indicator turns downwards from previous indicator level. The indicator is trend-following, and based on averages, so by its nature it doesn't pick a bottom, but rather shows when a rally has started. It is designed for daily period use. Frequent buy/sell signals can occur on low and high levels. It is designed with the mentality of Coppock curve. Rma is used instead of Wma and Heikin-Ashi closing price is used instead of standard closing price.
