The goal of this strategy script is to provide the ultimate experience to anyone interested in the Ichimoku Kinkō Hyō (Ichimoku Cloud). The script is designed to be highly customizable and allows the user to set a custom trade date range and select any combination of inputs and conditions that satisfy their goals. Additionally, the script allows the user to visually see any combination of their set conditions by clicking the "Show Conditions Visually" checkbox. Doing so will color the background in a different color where the conditions align. Finally, a simple Stop/Take profit is added for those that wish to exit based on percentages over Ichimoku conditions. Thank you very much for providing this very good work - open source. It allows easily seeing the effects of selecting different strategies based on Ichimoku components without having to change and save the code several times.
I have some remarks:
1. Why does the Long setup include an entry option based on Tenkan, whereas the Short setup has an option based on Kijun? I am aware that this is just a matter of programming, but I would like to know if you have a reason for this.
2. For the exit condition, I think it would be nice including an option to exit when price enters the cloud; and maybe another option for exiting when price breaks the cloud in the opposite direcion of the trade.
