how to get the low and high of first 1 min candle?

Not entirely sure why I can't get this script to work. I just want the last bar of whatever timeframe I'm working on to be highlighted.
So for example, if I'm looking at the 5min chart, I just want the current candle that is forming (that may have 1:43 minutes left) to be highlighted.
Does anyone know how to get that to work? Thanks!

How can i change the time offset ? for example when it's plotted on the graph with 5 Min period it's plotted on 4 -9-14 is it possible to change the offset make it 0-5-10-15 thanks
