An almost zero lag version of the LSMA (Least Squares Moving Average) Gives instant linear regression of current price action. This line works with the same rules as its "laggy" counterpart the LSMA: When price crosses over it signals a bull trend. When price crosses under it signals bear trend. When price stays close or on the line sideways action is to be expected. The direction of the line shows the direction of the trend.

@Hankbum, Hi, thanks for the coins! Yes I have dabbled with it as well as colored candles. Personally I find it makes me lazy, I will glance at the color and not analyze the line properly. There are some issues like whether to color it if the line is going up or down or depending if the candles are above it or below it.

@photo_romeo, Hi, this works on all timeframes. You can use whatever you are comfortable with. Personally I like to trade 1 hour or longer timeframes.

@veryfid, thank you for coding this indicator! Just to verify, do default settings works on all timeframes? What is the reason behind 32 for the period? If there isn’t enough data to have the line drawn (e.g. alt coins on the Daily), what period would you suggest to use?

@superstarchar8, Generally speaking the longer the timeframe, the shorter the period. 32 was working for me at the time. 21 and 25 work great on most timeframes.
