It failed few days ago, but now it has actually broken out. The pullback from the previous breakout was a shakeout - we only know this after the shakeout has happened.

may be a false breakout, 5 year downtrend line will squeeze the breakout.

short squeeze can take it much higher. i would get out before the earnings though. earnings had been bad for a long time. i don't know how it will be this time.
