@markaval, I'm not sure I understand the question ; I check my news on cryptopanic. The news are about the 3rd biggest exchange in china adopting XRP. This might create a small surge in the market.
I would bet xrp will reach .26 really soon, but because of that china news, it might go straight up to .32-.33. @benjad believes it'll be more around .28, which is still an improvement considering the lines in the current chart.
