@Zerpbrah, We need to see. Offcourse, there has to be some key fundamental driver which can push prices that high but market sentiment can drive the fundamentals.

There is view that ALTS should never be charted against USD. I don’t share this view and here is my reason
1. BTC is store of value not a measure of value
2. BTC is highly volatile and change against it is chart against a moving target. You can’t really benchmark your gains in real terms
3. Charting ALTS to BTC however could give insight if it going to outperform against BTC. So far there is strong correlation between BTC and ALTS but the market is maturing. Assuming the correlation last forever is on a very fragile ground given the top ALTS are above 10b market cap. There is enough machinery there to decouple liquidity from BTC

@wildbeast, sorry I don’t care much about your emotions. It’s the analysis based on EW. You can agree or disagree to this wave count. Again EW is not a holy grail but works quite well in certain markets. I definitely see it working in Crypto
Note: The analysis is based on the given data which is one of my constraint however I tired to follow general guidelines wherever possible. Be aware that wave principal always offer multiple scenarios hence two EW practitioner could argue differently with an alternate wave counts. My analysis consider the bullish scenarios based on the recent wave structure that we see. If you know EW then we can have disagreements and I encourage you to express those in your comments. I can tell you my reason and you tell me yours. Healthy debate is welcome here!
