- The chart above is of Viacom's PE ratio - Viacom is a quality company in its industry which is trading at a pretty good discount; especially given today's insanely over valued market. - Besides a few months in 2019 where it traded in the mid single digit PE, it's never really been there for too long. It - It also gives a 2.5% dividend yield as the cherry on top.
CONCLUSION: While the stock has been cheap from a fundamental perspective, and on my radar for a few months, technicals are finally saying its oversold with negligible downside left.
