VEON finally popped its head over that pestering resistance level that it failed to break for months. Now the real fun begins (so to speak). It's back in this no-man's land that it hasn't traded in for some time. What I'm watching is to see if the resistance level finally becomes a new support. Then the tall task: filling and breaking back through that old gap.
