I'm looking at the charts and news, and I still think the price will head to $19-$21 after the meeting (or even before open in the morning, could be a big a dump session). I just don't see Saudi, Russian, Iran and Iraq agreeing about cutting production if USA is not joining the party to cut. The biggest producer not even attending the party.
