Price is moving up correctively with no solid momentum, or clear higher highs or lower lows. So logically it makes no sense why it would suddenly impulse to the upside and depending on the higher time frame structure the next move after a corrective move up is more often than not a more impulsive move down and to catch these impulsive moves we need the big institutions such as banks to get involved. However banks don't tend to buy into corrective moves up due to the aforementioned and they don't tend to trade on the 15 minute chart either. ✌🏻
